The Executive Session convened at 9:20 p.m. in the Conference Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, Massachusetts. Present were Chairman James Bonazoli, Secretary Ben Tafoya, Selectmen Daniel Ensminger and Marsie West, Youth Liaisons Mary Kate Kelley and Eric Johnson, Town Manager Peter Hechenbleikner, Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director Bob LeLacheur, Office Manager Paula Schena. The Town Manager noted that the Town of Reading owns two parcels of land taken by tax title on Causeway Road. It has been a problem with dumping and drug deals. Rumors are circulating that the Town wants to put the DPW on the state site on Causeway Road, but the state site and Town site on Causeway Road is smaller than what the DPW is on now. Austin Prep is interested in the Town land on Causeway Road. The Town Manager noted that there is activity limitation on the property including no childhood center, no school and no residential. Commercial is okay though. James Bonazoli suggested a planning workshop on this. A motion by Tafoya seconded by West to adjourn the Executive Session at 9:45 p.m. was approved on a roll call vote with all four members voting in the affirmative. Re5pegfully bmitted, S etary
