During this visit the following was observed: a 1. Approximately four cartons of files had been received fron the Board of Selectmen who formerly administered the ProgY vo" 2. Dave Scott Consultant In (DST) had been put under aontr, '= by the PHA to continue the implementation of the Program. �- Two a taffinembers of DST, Mr. Salvucci and Mr. Brady were utilizing the community room in sorting the"four cartons of files. Because of the eopditi.Qn� af the files it was impossible to conduct a Section 8 Riwiew• DST indicated that it would take the entire month of November and perhaps a portion of December before the files aro up to date for an Audit. We shall continRe to remain in _contact with the Reading Housing Authority relative'to its program and to schedule a Section 8 Review in the future.
