READING HOUSING AUTHORITY
Minutes of the Meeting of November 7, 1991
A regular business meeting of the Reading Housing Authority wa
held on November 7, 1991 at the office of the Authority, 22 Fr nk
D. Tanner Drive in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. The me ting
was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. McIsaac. Those membe s
present and forming a quorum were: Mr. Reynolds, Ms. Galvin an
Mr. Allen. The Executive Director, Ms. Plansky, was in attend nce
also. The Board met to review, ratify and approve the followi g
agenda items:
Minutes
Upon a motion duly made by Ms. Galvin and seconded by Mr. Reyn lds,
it was unanimously
VOTED: To approve for the record the Minutes of the Meeting o
October 7, 1991 as submitted.
The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote i
effect.
Finances
Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. Galvin,
it was unanimously .
VOTED: To approve the checkroll /billroll for the period from check
#3706 through 3756 inclusive.
The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote
effect.
Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds,
it was unanimously
VOTED: To accept the settlement from FEMA for HurricanGBob damage
to all State owned developments in the amount of $2280.97 as presented.
The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in
effect.
Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Allen and seconded by Mr. Reynolds,
it was unanimously
VOTED: To approve returning $89.36 to EOCD for unexpended funds
on Work Plan #1002, the modernization program at Frank D. Tanner
Drive.
The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in
effect.
The Board approved the search for the best available copier o be
presented at a subsequent meeting for approval before purcha e.
Management Checklist
Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Reynolds and seconded by Ms. alvin,
it was unamimously
VOTED: To ratify all regulations by which the Reading Housilg Authorit,
operates as presented in the FY 192 Management Checklist and to
sign the form as presented.
The Chairman then declared said motion carried and said vote in
effect.
There being no further business before the Board, it was una imously
voted to adjourn at 8:30 P.M.
