Called to order at 7:30 pm originally scheduled for the Town Hall
Call to Order Conference Room but due to an earlier meeting the RHC meeting
was moved to the Berger Room.
CM was there when the company from Hadley came to salvage some
items and they removed many components with the owner's

permission. They may return for the front door just before it is
demolished so far we do not know when demolition will occur.
Spoke about how to publicize the RHC working with David O'Sullivan
a local architect who designed the renovations at MF Charles.
Another idea was during the Garden Club's annual sale May 14 "'
Preservation
Have a booth that we could relate to preservation. CM & VA are
Month
available to be there that day, but others will be available to help
prepare. CM moved that RHC spend up to $200.00 on materials in
preparation of this event. JW seconded Vote 4 -0.
Historic New
CM & VA plan to attend a Workshop in May SRS moved to pay up to

$25.00 per person to cover expenses of attending May seminar RW

seconded Vote 4 -0.
JW had an example of a map from the Library of Congress. There is
a fee for disks of each section. SRS Moved to spend up to $300.00
Maps
for 5 Sanborn digital maps from the library of Congress plus shipping
CM seconded Vote 4 -0 JW will take care of this.

This is a 1794 cape that was added on to. Owner and builder are
337 Pearl St
working together on a deal. The condition is very poor.
Moved from depot to corner of Main and Ash now it has moved further
away to be behind the RMLD building (another historic building) that
Communications
will be impacted visually. RHC prefers this third location although

there will be an impact on the Historic RMLD structure. CM will
contact them with our opinion.

CM moved to accept the minutes from March 30, 2016 Vote 4 -0

The meeting adjourned at 9:15 pm.
