RHC went over some design options AC feels the whole house has
to go he is not interested in saving any of the existing structure; too
expensive. He is willing to work with the RHC so that the new structure
has an historic look. Offered pine him and hardy plank as opposed to
vinyl siding. RHC asked AC to try to retain some part of the original
309 Hawn St
block, incorporate into the new structure, and still make a profit He
agreed to check with his draft person to see if there is a way to keep
the front block, but he seems to believe it will be too costly. RHC
stressed the importance of saving the quality of the visual environment.
AC was willing to come back next month with info from talk with
architect. RHC asked for NO vinyl and thanked AC for the chance to
visit the structure.
