Tuesday, November 3, 2015
Pursuant to a meeting legally posted, the meeting of November 3, 2015 convened at 6:00 P.M.
in the Berger Room, 16 Lowell Street, Reading Town Hall.
Present: Janet Baronian, Chairman
Ron Stortz, Vice Chairman
William Brown, Secretary
Mary Vincent
Elise Ciregna
Olive Hecht
Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent
Review of Past Meetine Minutes
The Minutes of October 6, 2015 and October 20, 2015 were reviewed and approved by a vote of
6 -0 on a motion by Mary Vincent and seconded by Ron Stortz.
General Business
Janet & Bill talked about the tour with the new Permanent Building Committee of the various
sites as they go forward with a new building. Bill Brown stated that Town Meeting will be

asked for $200,000 for use by the committee, and that the Finance Committee and Board of
Selectmen are in accord with it looks good.
The Board talked about the Civil War headstones, and felt we should not support funds for them
since they are marble and will continue to deteriorate.
Fall clean -up goes on.
The present building has had a number of repairs, including a new furnace & propane heater for
the lunch room. Wood stove for sale?

The meeting adjourned at 6:35 PM. The next meeting of the Trustees will be Tuesday,
December 8, 2015.
