The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. by Chairman Francis Driscoll in the presence of members Sharon Angstrom, Joseph Veno, Thomas Clough, Nancy Heffernan and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin. Also present was Paul Todisco, Senior Client Service Officer from the PRIM Board. Let the record show that Tom Clough left the meeting at 6:55 pm. SPECIAL ITEM Paul Todisco, Senior Client Services Officer from the PRIM Board, attended this meeting to discuss the performance of the funds in PRIT. APPROVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS • JOSEPH VENO moved to appoint Thomas Clough as the fifth Board Member. His term will run from 4/1/15- 3/31/18. SECONDED BY: SHARON ANGSTROM VOTED: (5 -0 -0) UNANIMOUS • JOSEPH VEND moved to nominate Francis Driscoll as Chairman. SECONDED BY: THOMAS CLOUGH VOTED: (4 -0 -1) ABSTAINED: SHARON ANGSTROM • THOMAS CLOUGH moved to accept the January 29, 2015 regular session minutes, except Joseph Veno and Francis Driscoll who were not present. Consensus of majority of the Board was to send to Attorney Sacco for review. • JOSEPH VENO moved to approve to charge interest on buyback balance by the prescribed PERAC rate: SECONDED BY: SHARON ANGSTROM VOTED: (5 -0 -0) UNANIMOUS • JOSEPH VENO moved to approve request from eligible member to purchase prior non - membership service for creditable service: Lorraine Barry Reading 9/23/93- 2/13/05 7 years and 8 months (pro-rated) The total purchase amount is $36,924.00. Lorraine will complete a pre -tax rollover. SECONDED BY: SHARON ANGSTROM VOTED: (5 -0 -0) UNANIMOUS • JOSEPH VEND moved to approve request from eligible member to purchase prior non - membership service for creditable service: Susan Beauregard Reading 7/1/07- 1/6/15 6 years and 1 month (pro -rated) The total purchase amount is $31,710.85. Susan would like to complete a pre-tax rollover and payroll deductions. MMDT Bank Statement for the month ending February 28, 2015. • The next board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 5:30 pm in the Lower Level Conference Room.
