The meeting was called to order at 5:45 P.M. by Chairman Francis Driscoll in the presence of members Sharon Angstrom, Joseph Veno, Nancy Heffernan and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin. Also present was Attorney Michael Sacco. Thomas Clough participated remotely due to geographical distance. OPEN SESSION FOR TOPICS NOT REASONABLY ANTICIPATED 48 HRS IN ADVANCE OF MEETING • JOSEPH VEND moved to enter into executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, § 21(aXl) to discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health of an individual and to return to open session to continue the meeting.
