MASS. JAN -I P 3 481 Location: Community Room Session: Open Session Minutes Respectfully Submitted By: Nicole Fides Topics of Discussion: 1. Meeting called to order at 7:25. 2. Task of taking minutes by Nicole Fidas. 3. Minutes read and approved from 12/19/15 bylaw subcommittee meeting by A. Williams. Nicole O'Neill seconded the motion for approval, all in favor. 4. Additions to article VIII- amendment to bylaws- review wording and time frame for review of bylaws. 5. Changes to article IV language - officers to "executive committee" /board members. 6. Article V- quorum was discussed. 7. Schedule tentative bylaw subcommittee meeting date of 1/5/16 at 7pm- Reading Police Station Community room. 8. A. Williams moved to adjourn the meeting, N. Fides second.
