Reviewed Guidelines. w Camile Anthony presented a proposal for funding a community newsletter. It would be $400 /quarter. We suggested she find someone to fund the project such as the Boosters. We discussed the relevance to the trust. It does not meet the criteria for the trust. Need to correct data on the website, and provide the Town Clerk's Office with applications. Celebration Trust Fund Applications: 1) Reading Technology Fund - $1250 for the "Home for the Holidays" tour of homes. Mark Cardono — Motion to Grant the Reading Technology Fund $1250 for the "Home for the Holidays" Vote 0 -5 -0 (does not meet criteria) 2) Reading Technology Fund - $1550 for the "Festival of Trees" Everrett Blodgett — Motion to grant the Reading Technology Fund $250 for the "Festival of Trees" Vote 5 -0 -0 ( the rest of the request does not meet the criteria) 3) Reading Summerfest - $1000 for fireworks Rita Robertson — Motion to grant the Reading Summerfest $1000 for fireworks. Vote 5 -0 -0 Bob McLaughlin needed to leave the meeting 4) RMHS Band Parents Organization - $8500 for new drums Kurt Habel - Motion to grant the Band Parents Organization $850 (10% of the request) for drums Vote 4 -0 -0 5) Coolidge Gardens Committee - $225 for a post tour reception for the participating gardeners Everrett Blodgett — Motion to grant the Coolidge Gardens Committee $225 for the post tour reception for the participating gardeners. Vote 0 -4 -0 (reception is only for gardeners, not open to town) We need to find out if Bet Klepeis, the Town Treasurer notifies everyone of the application results.
