J. Feudo clarified an issue with regards to food permits from the Town Manager. As

vendor already has a food permit from the Town of Reading they will not be charged twice,
but still need to file for a permit with the online form.
J. Feudo introduced Dave Savio, RPD and George Strazzere, DPW. The committee reviewed
the route. J. Feudo recommended that the electrical drops be done the night before faire.
G. Strazzere agreed.
D. Savio mentioned that he can have the message boards up for messaging and the could
be changed on the fly for whatever is needed. The committee felt having them up the week
before to help promote would be helpful.
The committee discussed the potential of posting sponsorship opportunities on the main
page for the FSF.
L. Leahy spoke about the cost for the graphic designer to update the logo, make flyers and
provide files. There was an estimated fee of $150 needed for design and $350 for printing.
S. Mulroy made a motion to expend $500 for the design and purchase of Faire posters. L.
Leahy seconded the motion. Motion passed in favor of expending $500 for the design and
purchase of Faire posters by a vote of 3 -0 -0.
J. Feudo discussed some street entertainment. He showed a quick example.
The committee discussed getting the new logo on all faire related items.
The committee asked J. Feudo to invite the Cultural Connection to the next FSF meeting to
see if they have any interest in helping with the entertainment or having artisans
throughout the faire.
