MASS. ZOIS APR 21 P 3 1 Page I 1 March 5, 2015 Meeting Call to Order 7:40 pm. Minutes Reviewed meeting minutes; approved as amended for File with clerk CM meeting held on February 11, 2015. Budget No updates. Archives Discussed software to track the Reading Archive collection. Discussed spending more time at the Archives to complete cataloging and storing of existing items. 119 Salem Discussed sending a letter from the RHC to the owners for an Prepare & send SRS Street update. A letter will be sent to the owners informing them letter that the Demolition Delay expires on 3/15/15. 96 John An application for a Demolition Permit has not been filed. A Street site visit and Hearing will be scheduled when the RHC is notified that the application has been accepted by the Community Planning & Development Department. M.F. Charles CM submitted the application for the Massachusetts Building Historical Commission 2015 Preservation Award on 2/13/15. The RHC voted on and approved a reimbursement for CM $67.45 for application expenses.
