Follow -up on Tennis Court Monitor:
J. Feudo will be working with Kate Kaminer and Bernie Winne to further develop a job description
for a monitor. J. Feudo was able to secure a position for the tennis courts through the Elder
Services "Senior Tax" program. This could be used as a pilot program. The group will also be
looking at different models for setting up a pass system for the courts to address the issue of
residents not being able to get on the courts due to non - resident use.
J. Feudo mentioned that he would be meeting with the Superintendent, Town Manager and School
Finance Director regarding rental use of facilities. He said he would report back after the meeting.
Administrator's Report:
J. Feudo mentioned he was looking for a couple of extra hands for the Fall Registration Day. K.
Kaminer and F. Driscoll stated they could help out.
There will be a ribbon cutting on Sat October 23`d for the Memorial Park renovation project. Now
that the park is complete it will be reopened for use.
The Halloween Parade will take place on October 24h.
J. Feudo also mentioned he took an on -line demo of registration software that would allow for on-
line registration. This would also eliminate the need for Rec Trac. He will need to look at some
other options but the hope is to move forward with this project for the Summer Season.
RCASA Report:
N. Swain reported for RCASA. The annual meeting was held on Sept 30th. They have updated the
