Estimates of redevelopment potential
MAPC will model the redevelopment potential at each
PDA to show development alternatives at different
densities
The analysis will reference building types based on real
developments in Reading and elsewhere in the region
that are exemplary of the density and mix of uses
we'd like to see at the PDAs.
Data is collected from assessor's data, developer's
websites, Zillow, and other sources

Renderings of redevelopment potential
The Town of Reading has asked MAPC to create
visualizations of the redevelopment potential for two of
the PDAs:
PDA
#1: Proposed
40R Expansion Area and
PDA #3:
New
Crossing Road
Redevelopment District
MAPC will create renderings and massings for two parcels
within PDA #1
MAPC will create massings for structures in PDA #3 and
along with a site plan and one rendering
