We will also gather information on participants' preferences regarding the design and density of development that may be suitable in the four priority development areas. Data is collected from assessor's data, developer's websites, Zillow, and other sources IK MAPC Renderings of redevelopment potential The Town of Reading has asked MAPC to create visualizations of the redevelopment potential for two of the PDAs: PDA #1: Proposed 40R Expansion Area and PDA #3: New Crossing Road Redevelopment District MAPC will create renderings and massings for two parcels within PDA #1 MAPC will create massings for structures in PDA #3 and along with a site plan and one rendering IK MAPC Save the Date: June 3, 2015, 6:30 — 9pm Results from the development scenarios modeling and visualizations along with policy and planning recommendations will be presented at the next public meeting Please save the date: Wednesday, June 3rd- 6:30 — 9pm Pleasant Street Center — 49 Pleasant Street, Reading IK MAPC Thank You!
