Minutes Reviewed meeting minutes; Approved as amended for File with clerk CM meeting held on January 08, 2015. Budget No updates. Archives No updates. 186 Summer West Street Historic District (WSHD) sent a letter to the Avenue Building Inspector with a copy to Criterion and RHC, no response as of February 11, 2015. 119 Salem RHC visited the site, specifically Apartment #1, on January Street 18, 2015. RHC will check in again, to keep engaged with the owners, regarding updated building plans. The owners discussed maintaining the house set back to retain current streetscape and re -use of the granite foundation blocks elsewhere on the property. 96 John The owner expressed interest in demolishing the barn but Street has not yet a lied for the Demolition Permit. 51 Grove The house, on Reading's List of Historic Homes, was sold Street and appears empty as of February 1, 2015. In addition, discussed the Town Charter revisions discussion and how they might impact the RCH Rules and Regulations by allowing Associate Members to vote. The proposed Town Charter does not allow for Associate Members, unless defined in the Charter or in a new Town Bylaw. JB volunteered to follow up on this issue with the Town Manager.
