96 West Street
Mr. Blodgett let the applicants know the procedure of the Commission. The applicant
stated she would like to install a fence to enclose their yard. The fence will tie into
the existing fence that runs along Wentworth Road. It will be similar to the existing
5' fence. A wrought iron gate will be installed. The Commission discussed and
agreed the 70 year old house is under their jurisdiction.
Motion made by Ms. Adams to issue a certificate of Non Applicability for 96
West Street under 7.3.7.8 for the backyard fencing project. Ms. Poehier
seconded. Vote was 4 -0 -0.
Motion made by Ms. Adams to waive the Public Hearing under 7.3.7.5 due
to the project having little impact on the District. Ms. Bornstein seconded.
Vote was 4 -0 -0.
Mr. Blodgett let the applicants know the hearing has been waived, but they will need
to send out a notification to the abutters.
Approve Minutes
The Commission discussed the minutes. Mr. Blodgett stated he talked to Ms. Delios
regarding the mailing of the tri -fold. She suggested going to Staples for the printing.
Motion made by Ms. Bornstein to accept May 27, 2014 minutes. Ms. Poehler
seconded. Vote was 4 -0 -0.
Mr. Blodgett asked that the members review the Rules and Regulations. He would
like to discuss it at the next meeting.
Motion made by Ms. Poehler to adjourn at 8:30 p.m. Ms. Bornstein
seconded. Vote was 4 -0 -0.
