Ave.
July 24, 2014 at 7:30pm.
2. The Hearing will convene in the Selectmen's meeting
room as the Conference Room is too small. SRS
checked with Laura Gamma (Town Clerk), about room
changes, who instructed the RHC to leave a message for
the Selectman and for the Town Clerk. Then post a sign
outside the Conference Room saying that the meeting
room has changed.
3. CM must call into the Hearing and the RHC; the Hearing
attendees must be made aware that he is on the phone
according to Reading's Remote Participation Policy.
4. VA will read the Public Notice of the Hearing and present
the Historical Significance of the structure.
5. SRS will review the reason for the Hearing.
6. SH will act as Secretary and take minutes.
