Approving previous minutes was unanimously tabled.
The charge to write a bylaw to establish a permanent building committee, as approved by
the special Town Meeting early this year was read and discussed.
Discussions on how to go about crafting the required bylaw and who should actually do this
took place. Sample bylaws from other MA communities were examined and commented on.
Members of the committee will further review examples on their own time.
Date of the next meeting was set for Tuesday, 5/13 with a plan to invite Barry Berman.
Motion to adjourn by M. Dubois, second by J. Struble, passed unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40 PM.
