Minutes No meeting notes were reviewed at this meeting The members wanted to thank MC for making the RHC presentation. VA has a video copy and transcript of the presentation and discussion. Article 13 passed with 2 amendments: Email to • recommendation 1 calling for super majority vote instead of Town Clerk an unanimous vote asking Article 13 • the setting of the 6 month time clock after the BOS appeal RHC to be alerted Town Meeting decision to impose pose the demolition delay when new MC The State Attorney General's office has to render a decision on the Demolition Delay legality of the proposed Bylaw changes. This can take 4 -6 months. Bylaw is in The existing Demolition Delay Bylaw will remain in effect until such effect. time. A question was asked about how the RHC (and the Building Department) will know when to use the new Demolition Delay Bylaw. This was not the case. Many citizens Building have been informed that they need to go before the RHC for Email Department renovation projects for properties not listed on the Inventory List. Town Planner MC A discussion and or presentation to the Town Building Department employees about the Inventory List, the role of the RHC and the whole issue of the Demolition Delay may rove to be beneficial. It was suggested to send a similar package of information to the local realtors. On November 23, RS, RP and VA, at the invitation of the building Site Visit owner and the contractor (Greg O'Conner -CG), visited the building RP to send MF Charles to as part of the pre - demolition walk thru. During the visit, RP and email to RP VA noticed original building drawings on display and asked if they could be given to the Town Archives. CG Thank you VA suggested sending thank you notes to the Town Meeting Notes to notes members who spoke in support of the RHC.
