Letter to
NK presented the revised letter for the Town Meeting members
Town Meeting
regarding Article 13. The RHC discussed ways to revise the letter.
Members
NK to incorporate agreed upon revisions.
There are 192 Town Meeting (TM) members. RHC to think of
which TM may support the RHC amendments and or be willing to
propose amendments to the Article 13.
Members discussed if the RHC want to propose as recommended
amendments as printed in the Town Warrant (RHC amendment
recommendations) or does the RHC want to take into account and
or support the Bylaw Committee (BC) recommendations.
A synopsis of the discussion is as follows:

• Recommendation 1 (Super majority) RHC will keep the
speech

wording from the RHC amendment recommendations.
• Recommendation 2 (the creation of the Appeal to impose
the Demolition Delay) The RHC will support the BC
suggestion about the setting of the 6 month time clock.
• Recommendation 3 (addition of wording) RHC may
withdraw this one depending on the Town Meeting
discussion.

A Reading citizen applied for a permit to build a shed on his

was not the case. Other citizens have been informed that they
need to go before the RHC for review for renovation projects. A
discussion and /or presentation to the Town Building Department
employees about the role of the RHC and the whole issue of the
Demolition Delay may rove to be beneficial.
Cell Tower
MC submitted a letter from the FCC regarding the proposed cell
tower and the Section 106 Filing.

Eloise Shannon offered to the RHC a few ribbons from past events

Erin Cochinell, a student at Wass, contacted the RHC about Civil
