A USPS Certified large envelope was signed for by someone in the
Town Hall on November 5, 2012 but not received by an RHC
committee member until January 05, 2013. The documents inside
the envelope required a time sensitive deadline for responding (30

Luckily, the documents indicate that any future development of the

building will be subject to a preservation covenant thus the RHC
will be able to participate in the future development of the building
if it is sole. RHC to start a file on the Post Office Building.

May is Preservation Month, in the past the RHC has presented

RS proposed the expenditure of funds for the purchase of a new

desktop computer and scanner. The existing equipment is over 10

with a description of the system requirements.
