(SRS motioned -CM seconded, vote 5 -0 in favor) The Meeting Minutes Wednesday October 17, 2012 were approved as amended. (SRS motioned -RS seconded, vote 5 -0 in favor) Revise Minutes The Meeting Minutes Tuesday October 23, 2012 were approved as and Send RP amended. (RS motioned -SRS seconded, vote 5 -0 in favor) to Town The Meeting Minutes Tuesday October 30, 2012 were approved as Clerk amended. (SRS motioned -CM seconded, vote 5 -0 in favor) The Meeting Minutes Monday November 05, 2012 were approved as amended. SRS motioned -RS seconded, vote 5 -0 in favor RMLD MC reported that the RHC was asked via a letter, dated Feasibility November 19, 2012 from the RMLD, to provide (future) support for Study is Study for the RMLD Feasibility Study for Station 1 (Study evaluates the currently Station 1 existing condition of the building and proposes possible uses for ongoing the building.) In a letter from Gannett Fleming dated November 9, 2012, the Mail -Fiber RHC was asked to comment on the proposed installation of a fiber Optic optic signage and surveillance system along the portion of Route Installation 128 from Route 3 to a bit beyond Wakefield. The documents inside the envelope required a time sensitive deadline for responding (30 Track Mail -Post Days) to the 106 Process documents being prepared for proposed future Office sale of the Reading Post Office Building. devolp- MC Luckily, the documents indicate that any future development of the ments building will be subject to a preservation covenant thus the RHC will be able to participate in the future development of the building if it is sole. RHC to start a file on the Post Office Building. Mail- Certified MC to contact Town Planner Jean Delios to alert her of the delay in Contact J Letter Delay delivering the certified mail to the RHC. Delios MC SRS responded to the email inquiry concerning the origin of the General Mail name of Reading. (England is the origin) VA asked if the RHC should send a copy of the revised Demolition Delay B law to MHC when it is approved. Yes. RHC RHC to continue working on the draft guidelines for the procedures Guidelines of the new Demolition Delay. VA and Mr. Blodget visit Eloise Shannon to review her collection of Reading ribbons and other memorabilia from past Reading events. The Ribbons RHC will keep most of the photographs, and the Reading Anti uarian Society will keep the remaining items RHC Chairman's VA suggested the RHC have a printed copy of the original speech MC to Speech for prepared by MC for the Town Meeting email to MC Town Meeting RHC May is Preservation Month, in the past the RHC has presented Preservation awards recognizing local citizens' support of RHC and preservation Further Month issues. Possible recipients for this year- Town Manager Peter discussion Hechenbleikner and Selectman Rick Schubert. RS proposed the expenditure of funds for the purchase of a new RHC desktop computer and scanner. The existing equipment is over 10 Computer Years old and is not functioning properly.
