Mr. Buck requested the use of white doors and white trim brackets
above the entry doors. There was a discussion about screen

doors, rolling screen doors will be suggested to the tenants. White

Mr. Buck gave an update to the plaque, is it being manufactured by

New computer will be delivered and installed April 4 along with a
new monitor for the existing computer. While the latest version of

Continued discussion about the design of the plaques, overall size

VA presented a design for the postcard announcement of the May

members made few suggestions. Discussion about the costs to
print and mail the postcards. Postcards to be mailed by Aril 22.
The new owner of 172 Washington Street made a presentation to

the ZBA: he intends to tear down the existing house and replace it

with a duplex. Owner has been informed that the property is on
