Confirming next meeting Minutes No meeting minutes Mr. Buck requested the use of white doors and white trim brackets above the entry doors. There was a discussion about screen 10 Pierce St doors, rolling screen doors will be suggested to the tenants. White Plaque doors with brown brackets and white ceilings were agreed upon. Mr. Buck gave an update to the plaque, is it being manufactured by Franklin Plaques. New computer will be delivered and installed April 4 along with a new monitor for the existing computer. While the latest version of New Microsoft Access will be installed, an older version will also have to Update Computer. be installed as the RCH archive database is still based on the older database MC version of Microsoft Access. MC to transfer the old database to the new version of Access sometime in the future. Demolition RCH to request from the Town to be informed when the A.G. Delay Bylaw approves the revise bylaw. Historic Plaque Continued discussion about the design of the plaques, overall size Program of the plaques is to be about 9 ". VA presented a design for the postcard announcement of the May Preservation 5 Preservation Month lecture by the Window Woman. RCH Month members made few suggestions. Discussion about the costs to print and mail the postcards. Postcards to be mailed by Aril 22. The new owner of 172 Washington Street made a presentation to 172 the ZBA: he intends to tear down the existing house and replace it Washington with a duplex. Owner has been informed that the property is on St. the RHC Inventory and he will need to go thru a demolition delay b law process.
