Relocated files, within the archives, to make room
for future items and updated the database to reflect
the new locations.
Zoning
George discussed how current rewrite of the zoning
bylaws should align with the Reading's preservation
bylaws. Particularly section 4 - Use Regulations and
section 7 - Administrations (permits and
enforcement).
Mitigate increase of non - conformity in historic
homes to allow for easier renovation and
preservation.
(Non- conformity means that the home is not up to
current regulations and codes (eg. setbacks,
projections from the building, etc.). Historic homes
are exempt from some of these regulations and
codes unless the owner makes certain alterations to
the building.

An antennae will be installed on the water tower in
