On a point of personal privilege, Carl H. Amon, Jr., Town

of the permanent record and stated that at 7:30 p.m. tonight,
there were 23 people in this room. There were no Selectmen.
There was no Town Manager. At 7:37 p.m., there were 41 people in
this room. At 7:45 p.m., there were 90 people in the room, and
this meeting opened at 7:55 p.m. I think it's a disgrace for
people to come to this meeting and to be late for this meeting.
