Home My WebLink About1978-04-10 Annual Town Election17 ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION April 10, 1978 Pursuant to the foregoing Warrant and the Constable's Return thereon, a Town Election was held at the time and places specified in the Warrant and was called to order by the Wardens in the precincts as follows: Precinct 1 J. Warren Killam School 348 Louis R. Gardner 220 Precinct 2 J. Warren Killam School 295 Russell H. Stone, Jr. 386 Precinct 3 Joshua Eaton School 2768 Henry A. Murphy, Jr. 112 Precinct 4 Joshua Eaton School 117 John H. Crooker 113 Precinct 5 Community Center 169 Edward P. Cameron 964 Precinct 6 Alice M. Barrows School 52 C. Dewey Smith 22 Precinct 7 Highland School 31 Fred C. Kenney, Jr. 43 Precinct 8 Memorial High School 331 Kenneth C. Latham 512 who then partially read the Warrant, when on motion of John J. Andreola, 359 Elizabeth W. Klepeis, Joseph P. Riemer, Elizabeth 439 C. Cronin, Ann Cusato, 598 Eva C. Swift, John F. Cronin and Francis X. Day in Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 respectively it was voted to dispense with the further reading of the Warrant, except the Officer's Return, which was then read by the Wardens in charge.
