The Commission reviewed the by -law to identify points where
requirements might be relaxed.

Demolition
The Commission reviewed the emails related to how the by -law

Delay By -law
supports mitigation measures when a historic home owners
requests a demolition permit. The Commission members
agreed to review the emails and be prepared to discuss at the
next meeting. SH agreed to have her father, an attorney,
review the email, written by an attorney, and translate it for a
lay audience.
The Commission also discussed the how, or if, the demolition

permit expires and whether or not another demolition delay
hearing would need to be held and a new decision rendered.
The Commission reviewed and amended the Town Staff and
VA
Owner cover letter and checklists for moving through the
demolition process. VA will update and redistribute prior to the
next meeting.

NK mentioned a memoir writing class to be held at 6:00 pm on
