There were 27 sessions. VA attended two sessions: (1)

(1) The historical inventory needs to be reviewed before
sending it on to Ann Gentile for posting on the website and
(2) Mark Cardono returned inventory books and committed
to complete the addition of street maps to the inventory
sheets stored in RHC database.

15 -17 Village
A letter was sent to the RHC by the Building Inspector: the
St.
building has been condemned and an emergency
demolition has been ordered. This precludes the
invocation of the Demolition Delay Bylaw and there will be
no hearing.
VA did a site visit and noted a large hole in the roof and
that water had been leaking into the structure for years.
The Building In sector will notify the abutters.
Home Rule
There is a debate over appointed versus elected officials
Charter
(Assessor and Library Board) and how they are free to
proceedings
make decisions. VA attended this meeting.
91 Prospect St.
The property has a new owner.
West St
The RHC reviewed a letter from the Massachusetts
Reconstruction
Historical Commission requesting an updated letter from
the RHC on how the West St renovations would impact the
area from a historical perspective.
CPDC
At the 12/9/13 meeting of the CPDC, it was noted the MF
Charles Building will use sign boards for each store.
607 Pearl St.
The RHC received a copy of a 1783 document transferring
ownership of the property. The document was preserved
behind glass and framed by Northeast Document
Conservation.
