She will update it and distribute it to the membership. Lynne, Nancy, Peggy and Colleen reported that speaking with potential grant applicants at Friends and Family Day and the Reading Street Faire was much better than standing at a booth as we had done in the past. The people were very responsive to the personal approach. Peggy and Lynne will leave MCC cards with application deadline date October 15 at the Town hall and RCN. Cate showed us the new business cards with Donna's design. We should carry them with us and distribute to interested parties. Donna displayed the new RCC poster which will be displayed at future events. We authorized Donna to purchase an llx 14 frame, print six copies of the 11 x 14 poster on heavy paper, and print 30 copies of the 8 x 11 poster. Donna will also send the poster Town of Res01ng - Meedng Minutes design to RCN so they can make a slide to run on the cable. She will also contact the Community Connection to ensure they have the correct image for the next newsletter. Lynne will contact RCN about re- playing the RCC video. The Treasurer's report was unavailable. Lynne asked one of us to consider volunteering to be the assistant chairperson as she will be leaving the chairperson position soon. She thinks that the position would support the new chair Jacalyn with paper work and report forms. The meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
