Present were Peggy Caouette, Lynne Cassinari, Eileen Collins, Catherine Folan, Lorraine Horn, Colleen O'Shaughnessy, Jacalyn Shelton Wallace. Lynne relayed a request from Paula Schena in the Town Manager's office that RCC's mail with the exception of the fall grant applications be redirected to the RCC Treasurer's home instead of being held at Town Hall. Lynne also shared a thank you note from Nancy Kohl Perkins who has been granted funds for a memoir writing workshop. We next discussed our attendance at upcoming RCC sponsored events and asked those attending to return to the next meeting with a short report for the RCC. Peggy Caouette will go to the Ivy Chord coffee house performance April 13; Lynne Cassinari will go to the Georgia O'Keefe workshop May 8; Catherine Folan will go to the Mother's Day concert May 12. Lynne will also contact MCC to ask if they have an evaluation form that we might use in the future. The Treasurer's report was read and accepted. Jacalyn asked that the report be sent to the members prior to the meeting and Peggy agreed to do that in the future. In the absence of Nancy Snow the discussion of our purchase of promotional items was delayed. It was decided that RCC not have a reception this spring but have one in 2014 for the grantees from the previous two years. Lynne, Lorraine, and Colleen shared their impressions of the CommonwealttT Awards event in February. Eileen Collins circulated a copy of the press release about the latest grants. Colleen will call MCC and order more LCC post cards to advertise the grants. Jacalyn will price a RCC rubber stamp we can use to the cards. Catherine Folan was elected to the Treasurer's post starting in September 2013. The minutes of the January meeting were read and accepted. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. Respectfully submitted by Colleen O'Shaughnessy
