The Meeting Minutes of March 27, 2012 were reviewed and
approved as amended. (SRS moved to accept the minutes as

RHC needs to recruit new members. Current Officers will remain in
their positions for now.
VA and SRS presented the work from the Second BWC meeting

The RHC computer is old ( 2003 with 2G of memory) and will need
