L"ui) %91 29 A The meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M. by Chairman Joseph Veno in the presence of members Sharon Angstrom, Richard Foley, Francis Driscoll and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin. Board member Thomas Clough was unable to attend. APPROVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS • FRANCIS DRISCOLL moved to declare elected, Joseph R. Veno, the Second Member to the Reading Retirement Board and that no election shall be held. His term will commence on April 1, 2013 and expire on March 31, 2016. SECONDED BY: RICHARD FOLEY VOTED: (4 -0 -0) UNANIMOUS . ADJOURNMENT • FRANCIS DRISCOLL moved to adjourn this open session at 1:32 P.M.
