HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-02-21 Retirement Board Minutes1245 MINUTES OF THE READING RETIREMENT BOARD MEETING Tuesday, February 21, 2012 The Reading Retirement Board held a regular session meeting on February 21, 2012, in The Lower Level Conference Room Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Chairman Joseph Veno in the presence of members Richard Foley, Thomas Clough, and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin. Gail LaPointe and Francis Driscoll were not able to attend. SPECIAL ITEM Paul Todisco, Senior Client Services Officer from the PRIM Board, attended this meeting to discuss the performance of the funds in PRIT. MINUTES • Regular session minutes for the December 13, 2011 meeting were signed by all board members. • RICHARD FOLEY moved to accept the January 24, 2012 regular session minutes as written. Since no specific client was identified, PERAC sent a response to all retirement boards. Copies of the following Reading Retirement Board reports were handed out for review: The PRIT fund's calendar year to date statement & fund performance for period Jan. 1, 2011 to Dec. 31, 2011. The next board meeting is scheduled for March 27, 2012 at 6:00 pm in the Lower Level Conference Room.
