Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M.
Kathy Riley of the Segal Company presented the findings from the actuarial evaluation dated July 1, 2001. The
Board accepted the actuarial evaluation.
Paul Todisco, the Client Services Representative from the PRIM Board, presented the September 30, 2001 data
regarding the PRIT Fund investments.
Meeting adjourned 8:00 P.M.
Present: Boissoneau, Foley, Klepeis, Seferian and Veno.
