HomeMy WebLinkAbout2003-04-30 Retirement Board MinutesThe Reading Retirement Board held a meeting on APRIL 30, 2003, in the Accounting and Finance Department Office,
Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 P.M.
This meeting was called to vote on approving or denying Perry Ralfi's "Application for Disability Retirement" and for
other general business.
The Reading Retirement Board received from PERAC the Medical Panel Certificates & report by the regional medical
panel for Perry Ralf. The next step is for the Board to approve or deny Perry's application and, if approved, send to
PERAC for their approval.
The Board voted to approve Perry's accidental disability retirement application. Perry Raffi was in attendance.
Meeting adjourned at 6:53 P.M.
