Received letter regarding the installation of a cell tower on Auburn St. Cell Tower RHC must review area to determine if there will be an impact on any historic structures in the area and let them know what historic structures are around. Archives Received inquiry about Lisa Mausolf as a consultant. VA gave a positive reference. Pierce Structure was demolished on Friday October 13. An article was submitted to the Chronicle and printed in Monday's Chronicle. Organ Discussed inventoried business papers and where they can be stored. 33 Salem Property has been renovated and is on the market St Hearing called to order at 7:30 pm. Site visit 10/1/11 VA read observations. House was moved from a larger structure in the down town area in 1880 then converted to a 2 family in 1978. This property Send was determined to have little physical evidence of historic or letter to 200 Ash architectural significance. There was No public input. RS motioned to Bldg MC Street close hearing seconded by RP. Vote 4 -0. RS moved that the inspect proposed demolition of the structure(s) at 200 Ash St Reading, MA or re: would not be detrimental to the historical or architectural heritage and release resources of the Town, and that demolition be allowed (per General Bylaw section 5.13.3.5. RP seconded the motion. Vote: 5 -0. By law Review Scheduled for Wednesday evening October 19, 2011 at 7:30pm meeting Questioned the recodification to determine where in the bylaw the Article 27 proposed amendments fit. Discussed the intension of the change not being clearly represented in the proposed change and how to proceed. Email from Inquiring about how a property gets on the town's inventory.
