JA Subject Discussion Action Follow Items up RP motioned and JA seconded that the previously elected Submit Election of officers remain in their respective positions. MC- Chairman, list of MC Officers SRS as secretary and RS as treasurer. Vote 4 -0 in favor officers Membership All of the new members and associates were introduced. JA and RP are members and NK and JS are associates. Meeting minutes of May 10, 2011 were reviewed and minutes approved as amended. revise minutes (RS motioned -RP seconded, vote 4 -0 in favor As of 09 -06 -11 1000$ remains in account Treasurer (Fiscal year is 07 -01 -11 to 06- 30 -12) Bldg is now demolished, owner did salvage decorative 12 Winter St fagade elements and has offered them to the RHC (email) email VA VA to request identification of elements, NK offered to owner temporarily store items At this time RHC has not been informed of who the owner of 10 Pierce St the property is, RHC to request Town Counsel to advise on Contact Ownership how best to proceed with future negotiations with developer Town VA issue and to give a legal opinion on the validity of the current Counsel mitigation fee negotiation. Developer submitted revised Measured Drawings (one sheet) dated 08- 25 -11. Submitted drawing is lacking the additional information requested at the 08- 016 -11 RHC meeting. After much discussion it was decided to send developer a written Send to MC 10 Pierce St list of required information along with written comments on WJ for & RP the drawing sheet. MC and RP comment on drawing.NA to review & VA send email with list of specific information. (RP motioned -JA sec vote 4 -0 in favor of rejecting submitted drawings and requesting revised drawings be resubmitted As of 08 -28 -11 Dr. Raven purchased the property and will be applying for a demolition permit. RS expected the permit to 200 Ash St be filed for before this meeting but RHC did not receive any _ official notification of filing VA reported that that the Town Planner has contacted the owner (Rick Carter) requesting he address the disheveled 258 Main St appearance of the building. Owner claims to have a P &S _ agreement. Note: Copies of referenced correspondence and documents are kept in project folders located in the Reading Historical Commission Archives, lower level of the Reading Town Hall. NK inquired if a copy had been made for general use (discussion about keeping Thank Ruggles CD originals in archive and copies for general use.) RS you card VA questioned if owner had placed any restrictions on how RHC can use diary, large discussion on RH obtaining release of permission for archive /donated items. Demolition Effective as of 08- 25 -11, period of delay is now 6 months. Delay Bylaw RS noted that RHC was not officially notified of the change RHC received an email from a homeowner requesting a Plaque plaque. JA to look into creating a plaque program, VA shared research JA Program a folder of previously researched plague programs, note that the plaque must abide by the Town si na e bylaw MC read an email exchange he had with the Town regarding the external use of the town email system and other emailing issue. At this time RHC members are still using personal Follow up MC External email address to respond to public comments. Web page has with & RS emailing contact link that needs to be updated to connect to current Town members.
