Present were Chairman Wood, Secretary Fallon, Board Members Polychrones and Griffin and Assistant Superintendents William R. Bergeron and Edward D. McIntire, Jr. It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 to approve the minutes of the Board of Public Works meeting of March 28, 1983 as written. It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 to approve the minutes of the Board of Survey meeting of March 28, 1983 as written, It was movedy seconded and voted 4:0 to accept the memo from William R. Bergeron, P.E. dated April 7, 1983 regarding the Scenic Roads By-Law as a point of information. Mr. Barker joined the meeting at 7:45 P.M. It was moved, seconded and voted S:O to accept the revised } Motions #1 and 43 under Article 47 for the Annual Town Meeting as a point of information, It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 to award the Audit of the Water Treatment Plant project to Arthur Anderson and Company, 100 Federal Street, Boston, Ma. 02110 in the amount not to exceed $4,000.00 plus out of pocket expenses, subject to a suitable job arrangement letter. It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 to accept Punch List #4 dated April 4, 1983 from Camp Dresser & McKee as a farce. Assistant Superintendent McIntire recommended that Change Grder #3 for the Water Treatment Plant project be tabled in order to give the Department sufficient time to review the items and report to the Board. It was moved, seconded and voted 5:0 to table action on Change Order No. 3 from Camp Dresser & McKee. It was moved, seconded and voted 5;0 to accept. --I -j J n Information the letter from Jack H. Fenton regarding the Main Street construction project. The Department was instructed to post the letter at the Highway Garage. it was moved, seconded and voted 5:0 to accept the memo from the Planning Board regarding Accessory Apartments as a point of information. It was moved, seconded and voted .5:0 to accept a memo from the Planning Board regarding the reorn7-nization of the Planning Board as a point of information. } It was moved, seconded and voted S:O to authorize Edward D. McIntire, Jr. to sign the payroll and billroll from April. 1983 to April | 297 1983 in the absence of the Superintendent. It was moved, seconded and voted 5:0 to accept the letter from the Conservation Commission dated April 4, 1983 regarding the Scenic Raads By-Law Proposal, Article 10 Special Town Meeting, as a point (if information. It was moved, seconded and voted 5:0 to sign the Chapter 90 Environmental Punch List and Chapter 90 Project Request for the West Street project for resurfacing from Route 93 northerly to Wescraft Road a distance of 3SSO feet. It was moved, seconded and voted 9:0 to sign the Agreement for the Town of Reading's Public Works Economic Development Program in the amount Of $4507000�00 under Chapter 7.141 of the Acts of 1981, It was moved, seconded and voted 5:0 to petition the State to use Site #82-20 for a new gravel packed well.
