Works convened in Room 16, Municipal Building at 7: 30 P.M. Present were Chairman Barker, Board i Members Wood, Polychrones and Griffin, Supt. A.V. Fletcher and Assistant Superintendent William A. Redford. It was moved, seconded and voted 3; 0: 1 (Mrs. Wood abstaining) to accept the minutes of the Board of Public. Works Meeting of December 3, 1984 as written. Mrs. Wood questioned the availability of water supply in reference to all new development. She requested letter be sent to the Planning Board asking them that if they are considering building on the landfill., to consider our water supply and what effect any large development will have on our water supply. i The Board adjourned temporarily at 7:45 P.M. to meet as the Board I El of Survey. r The Board reconvened at 9: 40 P.M. It was moved, seconded and voted 4:0 that the Chairman and/or the Secretary of the Board he authorized to sign the Payroll and the Billroll during the holiday season. The Board signed the Payroll and the Billroll for the period ending December 7, 1984. Mr. Polychrones moved that the Board go into Executive Session at 9:45 P.M. for the purpose of discussing labor negotiations, not to reconvene in open session and the Chairman polled the Board as follows: Mr. Griffin - aye Mr. Polychronps - aye Mrs. Wood - aye Mr. Barker - aye The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.M.
