Conference Room, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. —7 A /Q. The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Chairman Joseph Veno in the presence of members Gail LaPointe, Francis Driscoll, and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin. APPROVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS • FRANCIS DRISCOLL moved to approve to continue. using Segal Company for actuarial services. The quote submitted by Segal is $16,500 fee for the July 1, 2011 actuarial valuation and $3,000 for the July 1, 2012 update. The cost is the same as the last valuation. SECONDED BY: GAIL LAPOINTE VOTED: (3 -0 -0) UNANIMOUS OPEN SESSION FOR TOPICS NOT REASONABLY ANTICIPATED 48 HRS IN ADVANCE OF MEETING ADJOURNMENT • FRANCIS DRISCOLL moved to adjourn this open session at 10:03 A.M.
