The Reading Retirement Board held a regular session meeting on August 2, 2011, in Th o Level ss.
Conference Room, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. —7 A /Q.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Chairman Joseph Veno in the presence of members Gail
LaPointe, Francis Driscoll, and Board Administrator, Colleen Loughlin.
APPROVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
• FRANCIS DRISCOLL moved to approve to continue. using Segal Company for actuarial services. The quote
submitted by Segal is $16,500 fee for the July 1, 2011 actuarial valuation and $3,000 for the July 1, 2012
update. The cost is the same as the last valuation.
