MEETING CALLED TO ORDER—7:48 pm
MEMBERS PRESENT—Vicky Schubert,Lorraine Horn, Sudie Fay,Lynne Cassinari,Alice
Armstrong,and Joan.Marshman. Diane Russo is observing.
VS brought up discussion of Matt Casey from the Patch wanting to observe and report on the
meeting. VS will determine if the meeting determining the grant awards is considered an open
meeting. LH made a motion to go into executive session tonight,seconded and passed
unanimously.
VS recapped RESS e-mail. Joshua Eaton changed money amount needed which should now read
$864. Amy R of EMARC made sure that application was signed;amount requested from LCC is
$2200. New Rep contacted Mike McSweeney of RMHS and RMHS and Austin Prep will
collaborate again.
MINUTES–The minutes from the last three meetings were reviewed.
Sept 13,2010 It was pointed out that since the meeting,the November meeting dates had
been changed. The minutes were amended and approved unanimously.
October 18,2010 The minutes were amended and approved unanimously.
November 1,2010 The minutes were approved unanimously.
GRANT APPROVALS AND AMOUNTS
(See attached list)
A motion was made and seconded to approve these amounts as listed.The motion passed
unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS: It was suggested that we contact the Economic Development Committee to
discuss a public art piece. Also,we should investigate/suggest other venues for senior events.
MEETING SCHEDULE: The next meet is scheduled for January 10,2011. Meeting adjourned at
9:40.
