The Reading Contributory Retirement Board held a meeting on August 24, 1999 Accounting <br />Office, Town Hall, Reading, Massachusetts. <br />Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M. <br />Ted Cohen attended board meeting. The board expressed their concern about a possible conflict <br />of interest regarding his representation of both the Board and the Reading Municipal Light <br />Department. <br />Minutes from July 28, 1999 meeting were read and accepted. <br />Minutes from June 23, 1999 meeting were signed by board members. <br />Approved new membership for: <br />Susan Pymm School/Secretarv 9% <br />Steven Perry RMLD 7% (Middlesex) <br />Peter Lorenzetti School/Electrician 9% <br />George Tower DPW Water 9% <br />Approved retirement applications for: <br />Philip Dole Option A August 31,1999 <br />Approved PERAC authorized Option C "pop-up" for: <br />John Louanis $1,313.53 "pop-up" to $1,610.67 <br />Approved PERAC authorized retirements for: <br />Robert Dalton July 23, 1999 DPW Option A <br />Annuity $3,550.32 <br />Pension $13,110.60 <br />Yearly $16,660.92 <br />Monthly $1,388.41 <br />Approved buy back: <br />RMLD employee, Paula O'Leary, would like to buy back the 12 years she had worked in <br />Cambridge.
