Strout Avenue by vendors and to the compost area; Acting DPW Director Ted McIntyre is willing to place silt fence along the woods road sludge removal route; safety of hikers on the woods road route; and a pos--- sible alternate route to the crest of Strout Avenue. 7: 46 Contini e ~'izb? No detention area; 1:1 BVW replication adjacent to BVW crossing, plus another replication on other side of "peninsula"; Remove 4,900 s.f. of hardened bike trails; Locate driveway along bike trail and surface with pea stone on ,gavel, except pave BVW crossing + 40 feet and pave garage apron; Runoff changes for 2 25 year storms would increase 0.3 cis and for the 100 year storm would increase 0.5 cfs. The administrator read the Engineering Division's comments into the record. Issues discussed: Work between the roadway and the haybale lines in the BVW would temporarily disturb another portion of the BVW. No mechanized access would occur beyond the driveway walls; The water line will be 4-5 feet below ground;
