Strout Avenue by vendors and to the <br />compost area; Acting DPW Director Ted McIntyre is willing <br />to place silt fence along the woods road sludge removal <br />route; safety of hikers on the woods road route; and a pos--- <br />sible alternate route to the crest of Strout Avenue. <br />7: 46 Contini e ~'izb? Mr. Ogren summarized the revised plan`. <br />No detention area; <br />1:1 BVW replication adjacent to BVW crossing, plus another <br />replication on other side of "peninsula"; <br />Remove 4,900 s.f. of hardened bike trails; <br />Locate driveway along bike trail and surface with pea stone <br />on ,gavel, except pave BVW crossing + 40 feet and pave <br />garage apron; <br />Runoff changes for 2 25 year storms would increase 0.3 <br />cis and for the 100 year storm would increase 0.5 cfs. <br />The administrator read the Engineering Division's comments <br />into the record. <br />Issues discussed: <br />Work between the roadway and the haybale lines in the BVW <br />would temporarily disturb another portion of the BVW. No <br />mechanized access would occur beyond the driveway walls; <br />The water line will be 4-5 feet below ground; <br />
