MINUTES • Regular session minutes for the May 23, 2007 meeting were signed by all board members, except Richard Foley who was not able to attend. • Regular session minutes for the June 6, 2007 meeting were signed by all board members, except Daniel Seferian who was not able to attend. • FRANICS DRISCOLL moved to accept the June 27, 2007 regular session minutes as written, except Richard Foley who was not able to attend.
