V <br />I , CQ <br />Board of Health Meeting <br />Minutes <br />December 9, 2004 <br />=-tE D <br />CLERK <br />S. <br />lu5 -9P 1. 08 <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:06 PM Reading Town Hall, Berger Room, Reading, <br />Massachusetts, Chairman, Colleen Seferian, Barbara Meade and David Singer. Staff <br />liaison Jane Fiore, Health Services Administrator remains out on medical leave. <br />The minutes of the November 4, 2004 were read and accepted. 2: 1: 0 <br />Next order of business: <br />Tobacco non-criminal disposition ticketing power was discussed and voted on by <br />the Board 3:0:0 to have Joseph Finigan, Principal of Reading Memorial High School and <br />Gary Hart Vice principal of Reading Memorial High School act as agents of the Board <br />regarding tobacco use violations on the campus of Reading Memorial High School. <br />The representatives and the BOH members discussed the process to be used regarding <br />filing tickets and the regulations pertaining to the high school campus on tobacco use. <br />Following this single matter of business the Board voted to adjourn at 6:35 pm 3:0:0. <br />Next meeting, January 13, 2005 <br />Berger Room <br />Town Hall <br />6 pm <br />Respectfully Submitted by, <br />Jane M.
