R{ E IC E'11VED <br />BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING 0 Y CLERK <br />MINUTES RD DING, MASS. <br />OCTOBER 11, 2007 <br />2000 FEB 21 A 11: 11 <br />The Board of Health meeting was called to order on October 11, 2007 at 6:05 pm by <br />Chairman Barbara Meade at the Berger Room, Town. Hall. Those present at the meeting <br />were Barbara Meade, Colleen Seferian, David Singer and staff liaison Larry Ramdin. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Minutes September 13, 2007 were read and accepted 3:0:0 <br />NEXT ORDER OF BUSINESS <br />Introduction Larry Ramdin, Health Services Administrator: Larry Ramdin the New <br />Health Services administrator, introduced himself to the Board, he provided a description <br />on his experience, qualification. He was welcomed by the entire board and Chair Barbara <br />Meade advised that the board will provide all the support it can to the Health Services <br />Administrator in performing his duties. <br />Massage therapist waiver of related annual license fees: Larry Ramdin advised the <br />Board that he has reviewed the file and left a message for the applicant, no return call was <br />made. A motion to table discussion to the next meeting this item was made by David <br />Singer, seconded by Colleen Seferian and approved 3:0:0 <br />New Permit application Romano's Macaroni Grill: Roman's Macaroni Grill has <br />applied for anew license due to a change in ownership from Brinker Massachusetts <br />Corporation to Waterloo Ventures. The Health Division inspected the facility and no <br />major violations were noted. The change is in ownership and the day to day operations <br />will not be impacted. <br />Colleen Seferian made a motion to approve the application, seconded by David Singer <br />and was approved 3:0:0 <br />Administrative reports: <br />A report by Dianne Luther interim Public Health Nurse was distributed to the Board <br />Flu Clinics: The Flu Clinics are scheduled and everything is in place all we are waiting <br />on is for the dates to arrive. <br />Mercury Program: Larry Ramdin advised the Board that he had no information on the <br />program to report to the Board due to his recent appointment as Health Services <br />Administrator and asked if he could apprise himself of the Mercury program and report <br />back to the Board in November. David Singer motioned to table the Mercury program <br />discussion until November and the motion was approved 3:0:0 <br />
