It was necessary <br /> to conduct this meeting at this time so that any abatements that were granted would be <br /> included in the upcoming tax billing. An information packet was emailed to BOA members <br /> which also contained recommended actions on abatement applications from Director <br /> Santaniello. His recommendations and notes are established practices. <br /> Our meeting began promptly at 7:00 p.m. with members urged to call Director Santaniello <br /> with any questions at all. One call was received and the question was answered. <br /> The Board of Assessors voted unanimously the recommended actions by Director <br /> Santaniello. Below is a list of those abatements granted and/or denied for this meeting <br /> Granted: R2, RS, R4, R11, R13, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R23, R25, R26, R27, <br /> R31, R32, R35, R36, R29, PP10, PP24. <br /> Denied: RS, R7, R3, R6, C8, R9, R12, R14, R22, R33, R40, R28, R34, C30, C37, C38, C39, <br /> In addition, one Clause 18 abatement was granted. <br /> With no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Page I 1 <br />
