Town Meeti.na - March 1, 1942 T O IV N W A R R A N T (SEAL) The Commonwealth of Massachusett' To either of the Constables of the Town of Reading, Greeting: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town of Reading, qualified to vote ins electrons, to meet in Odd Fellows Building, 7.1oburn Street, In said Reading, as the polling place designated for the four precincts in said Town on S,IONDAY, 'C`HI+' FIRST DAY OF MARCH, A. D. , 1945 at six forty-five o'clock in the forenoon to act or the follow- ing,article, viz: Article 1. To elect by ballot the following; Town Officers: A Moderator for one year; Town Clerk for one yeas: one member of the Board of Selectmen for three years; one member of the Board of Public Welfare fog: three years,; one member of the Board of Assessors for three years; Treasurer for one years two members of the Board of Public Works for three years; one mem- ber of the Board of Public Works for two years; one member of the Board of Public Works for one years two Constables for one gear; one member of the Municipal Light Board for three years; one member of the Board of Health for three ;rears; two members of the School Cor mi.ttee for three years; two members of the Trustees of the Public Library for three years; one member of the Planning; Board for three years; two members of the Board of Cemetery Trustees for three years; also in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1943 in each of the four precincts the number of town meet- ing members as hereinafter specified: Precinct I fifteen mem- bers for three years: Precinct II fifteen members for three, 'years; Precinct III fifteen members for three years; Precinct IV fifteen members for three years; one member for two years to fill vacancy; For these purposes the polls will be opened at each of the four precincts at 6:45 o'clock A.M. and will, close at 6 o' clock P.M. And to meet in Security Hall, lNoburn Street, In said Reading, on. MONDAY, TI FIFTEENTH DAY OF MARCH, A. D. , 1948 at seven forty-five o'clock in the evening at which time and place the folloirdng articles are to be acted upon and deter- mined exclusively by Town Meeting Members in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of the acts of 1943. Article 2. Committees. Also Board of Assessors. Article 3. To choose all ether necessary town officers and special committees and determine what instructions shall be given town officers and special committees.
