The area in cuesti or, <br /> is described as follovys: <br /> Beginning at a point two hundred and fifty (250) feet <br /> northerly from the junction of Haverhill and ''rar.klin <br /> Streets at the present Rpsiderce A2 District; thence <br /> northerly by the center line of Haverhill ^treet sQven- <br /> teen hundred and fifty (1750) f?et more or less to a <br /> point onoosite thn northerly boundary line of land of <br /> Oscar "”.
