Docktor made motion to accept, seconded <br />by Shurland. Motion passed 3:0 <br />Minutes of January 20, 2016 were presented. Docktor made motion to accept, seconded by <br />Shurland. Motion passed 3:0 <br />Minutes of February 24, 2016 were presented. Docktor made motion to accept, seconded <br />by Shurland. Friedmann abstained. Motion passed 2:0:1 <br />Monthly Reports <br />DILauro spoke with a representative from Stop & Shop who wanted to report that several <br />employees were ill with Flu like symptoms and in accordance with their Illness policy were <br />sent home. Some employees visited their doctor but no confirmation was provided about <br />any positive virus. Stop & Shop performed sanitation in the areas of food prep, kitchen, rest <br />rooms, and other locations where food contact takes place. Health inspector subsequently <br />performed a full inspection and found proper protocols were followed. An inspection was <br />performed at Bertucci's after a possible food borne Illness complaint; no violations were <br />noted. <br />DiLauro discussed a complaint at a commercial workplace where employees felt ill after <br />smelling the odor of Moxa which was being burned in an adjacent business. Upon further <br />discussion It Is an issue between the landlord and tenant. <br />Page I 1 <br />
