Thomas <br />Clough was not able to attend. Also present were Robert LeLacheur, Town Manager, and Kevin Furilla, <br />IT Director. <br />INFORMATION/OUESTIONS /OTHER ITEMS <br />• The Board met to meet with the Town Manager, Bob LeLacheur and Kevin Furilla from the IT <br />Department to discuss the transition issues/concerns with moving from Town Hall. The Town <br />Manager was given the list of questions prior to the meeting and was able to respond to all questions. <br />Kevin Furilla explained that bringing fiber to the new location would be most cost effective in the <br />event that Reading Retirement Board was leasing this location for at least 3 years or more. <br />APPROVAL OF MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS <br />• JOSEPH VEND moved to sign for a 5 year lease for office space at 2 Haven Street, Unit 307, <br />Reading, MA after the Board Attorney reviews the lease. <br />SECONDED BY: SHARON ANGSTROM <br />VOTED: (4 -0 -0) UNANIMOUS <br />Page 1 1 <br />
